Noami is a private space for conversation, voice, companion memories, and AI-generated images. This policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices available to you.
Information we handle
- Account information: such as your email address, name, and sign-in details.
- Conversation and preferences: messages, companion selections, settings, and memories you choose to keep so Noami can provide continuity.
- Media: photos, generated images, voice requests, and gallery items you create or save.
- Device and usage information: app version, device information, diagnostics, and basic interaction events used to operate and improve the service.
- Approximate location: only where your device permissions and platform settings allow it, and where needed for a product feature.
How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize Noami, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, protect the service, understand reliability and usage, and comply with legal obligations. Noami companions and their images are AI-generated and are not real people.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers to host data, authenticate accounts, process payments through Apple and Google, deliver notifications, provide analytics and diagnostics, and operate AI features. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and policies.
Storage and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can remove saved companion data and gallery content in the app where those controls are available. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact troy@stellarcorporate.com.
Children and age-restricted content
Noami is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not legally permitted to access it in your location.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Noami changes. When we make a material update, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the app or this website where appropriate.
