These Terms of Service govern your use of Noami, the mobile application and related website operated by Stellar Corporate LLC. By using Noami, you agree to these terms.
Using Noami
You must be legally able to use the service in your location and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
AI companions and content
Noami provides AI-generated conversation, voice, images, and companion experiences for entertainment, reflection, and general support. Companions are fictional AI systems, not real people. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Noami for emergencies or urgent safety decisions.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit where applicable. You give Noami permission to process that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to generate the features you request. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, abusive, invasive of privacy, or intended to harm others.
Subscriptions and payments
Some Noami features require a paid subscription. Purchases are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store account. Canceling renewal does not end access before the current paid period ends. Prices, taxes, trial availability, and refund rules are shown by the applicable store and may vary by location.
Safety and acceptable use
You may not use Noami to violate law, impersonate a real person, exploit or target minors, distribute malware, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risks, or legal reasons.
Availability and disclaimers
Noami is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or that every feature will remain unchanged. To the extent allowed by law, Stellar Corporate LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
